		<description><![CDATA[I agree - obviously the producers threw accuracy out the window on that point. But they aren&#039;t dummies. Having a nice-to-look-at Henry will drive the show&#039;s ratings much higher than if they had chosen, say, Gary Shandling (which reminds me of a funny X-Files episode in which Shandling played Fox Mulder in a movie someone made).]]></description>

I have read a lot of historical fiction about this time period and some historical works on Elizabeth and the show seems fairly accurate.  Except that Henry VIII looked nothing like Jonathan Rhys-Davies by the time he got to Catherine Howard.  And DEFINITELY not by Anne of Cleves.]]></description>
